1. I will definitely suggest to follow intermediate fasting you may follow 16:8 ratio where you will be starving your body for 16 hours and allowing your body to have food eight hours I don’t think so it will be difficult for any of you because out of 16 hours you will be sleeping at least 6 to 8 hours. And gradually after 2 to 3 days move this ratio from 16:8 to 18:6 . Reason here how much time will be giving to our body to be held it will be faster the process of weight loss. Please consult to any doctor if you do have any serious physical issue or you are under medication.
2. Stop to have extra sugar, whatever carbohydrates we are consuming anyways it will be break down into sugar so it’s recommended not to add extra sweet likes sugar or any form of sugar avoid honey jaggery also.
3. In dairy product you can consume curd but please avoid other dairy product.
4. In morning please have one glass of detox drink it may be cinnamon water lemon water or any detox lukewarm water drink which will help you to boost your metabolism. In time of intermediate fasting time you can have this detox drink in morning.
5. Add any form of exercise for 30 minutes to 60 minutes regularly because that will heat up your body and help you to lose the weight.
6. Avoid carbohydrate as much as possible cause carbohydrate wheel work like obstacle in time of losing weight from body. You should consume proper amount of vegetables to enrich fibre level in your body it’s better to consume some vegetables in raw form. You can have veg clear soup everyday.
7. Try to eat as clean as possible see the meal how clean it is. Drink enough water before having your meal. Try to drink Luke warm water in place of cold water.
